Before printing, make sure that your printer has enough ink then print out the Free Test Print (click the Test Print link on the bottom tool bar).

Scorch is not compatible with the BT Yahoo/ Yahoo plus browser. You may have to reinstall scorch using Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari or other standard browser.

Most of our scores are prepared to fit well on either A4 or Letter size paper. A few orchestral scores are A3 size. For these, go to 'print preview' in your printer menu and select 'fit to page'.

Click the 'About Scorch' link below on the bottom toolbar, click the 'sibelius website' link then click the 'problems with Scorch' link on the RHS of the page.

If you are viewing the site in Internet Explorer, then the system should try to install Scorch on Intermet Explorer - Firefox shouldn't be involved at all. The IE installation should be pretty smooth but you will get some sort of request for permission to go ahead. Most likely, a new bar will appear on Internet Explorer saying something like - 'Internet Explorer has blocked this webpage from installing a program - click here for options' and you'll need to click on it and agree to the installation.

The 'Your Basket' link appears on the menu bar when you have something in it. The Checkout button appears at the bottom of the Basket page. However, it only appears once the total on your basket is greater than £4.00. Unfortunately, due to the processing costs, Scotchsnap can't take orders for less than that.

Click the forward arrow at the top LHS of the scorch tool bar on a music score to scroll through the pages. If the two arrows are greyed out then there is only one page.
